Spring Track Season
Spring Track Season is an eleven week training program designed to introduce youth runners to the sport of Track and Field running, and provide competitive racing opportunities based on USATF age groups.
The welfare of our running community is always our number one priority. As such, we are operating in a limited capacity via small group training sessions. Unfortunately this means we are unable to accept ALL applicants for our programs. If you are interested in joining our wait list, send an email to and we'll send notifications of available slots in our groups each season.
Join the coaches for six weeks of summer fun runs. We will explore new trails, run through creeks, and play plenty of games. Our goal is to build aerobic fitness through the hot summer month and provide a base for Cross Country Season. This season is a great opportunity for any kid to become a Strider and get their first introduction to the sport.
The Summer will conclude with the Beat The Coach Mile in August at DeGarmo Park. This event is free to the public! Check out our races tab.
We know many families vacation during the summer so this season is designed for Striders to join any time they are in town.
